Breakfast:
In the breakfast, you can make a veggie scramble by following steps:
- 1 to 2 eggs per person
- Scramble it with tomatoes, green onions, bell peppers, chopped bok choy and other leafy green.
- Take 1 cup of the ginger tea.

Snack:
- You eat a handful of toasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 pear
Lunch:
- You make a lentil soup that is served with two cups of steamed vegetables (kale, broccoli, carrots, and onions)
- Then, you drizzle the olive oil salad dressing over lightly steamed vegetables.
- Otherwise you can take 4 oz. hot or cold salmon (or tuna, chicken, or tofu), then you serve over 2 to 3 cups of mixed greens, carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumber, or other fresh vegetables. Then you use the lemon-dill vinaigrette.

- You add a grating of fresh parmesan or pecorino romano, if desired.
